Pelvic floor physiotherapy focuses on the assessment of pelvic floor muscle function, and how it relates to the rest of your deep core system. A whole-body assessment in combination with an internal pelvic floor exam can provide our women’s health physiotherapists with valuable information to get to the root cause of your symptoms.
It is critical to get a holistic picture of all contributing factors that may be impacting your pelvic floor to create a personally tailored treatment program to restore your overall health and function.
