DURING THE BIGGEST CHANGES, WORK WITH THE BEST TEAM

Nothing gets us more excited than to work with new moms. At the end of the day, we've been there and we appreciate the physical and emotional demands of early motherhood. Its an honour to create services and spaces that are specifically designed to meet those needs.

PRE / POSTNATAL PHYSIO

Pregnancy and childbirth place unique demands on the body, especially the pelvic floor—the foundation of core strength, bladder and bowel control, and overall stability. Working with a pelvic floor physiotherapist during pregnancy can help you prepare your body for labour, reduce pain, improve mobility, and build confidence as your body changes. After birth, whether vaginal or cesarean, a pelvic floor physio plays a key role in recovery by addressing abdominal separation, pelvic pain, incontinence, and restoring strength and function safely.

Our physiotherapists provide evidence-based assessment, individualized treatment, and thoughtful guidance to support you through every stage. The goal is simple: to help you feel strong, supported, and empowered throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey—so you can return to the activities and lifestyle you love with confidence.
